| Mr. Preecha CHEN Han Wen will assume the position of President of of Reed Exhibitions Greater China |

On October 17, 2007, Reed Exhibitions Ltd. announced in London the reshuffle of its senior management in China.
Mr. Dan Londero, who has been President of Reed Exhibitions Greater China in the past three years, is promoted as of January 2008 to assume an executive position in Reed Exhibitions, i.e., Executive Director of ISG, with his office at Reed’s global headquarters in U.K. He will at the same time become a member of the global board of directors of the company.
Mr. Preecha CHEN Han Wen will replace Mr. Dan Londero as President of Reed Exhibitions Greater China from Feb 1, 2008. Before taking the important position, Mr. Preecha CHEN Han Wen has taken office as President of Reed Tradex, a joint venture of Reed Exhibitions in Thailand for 22 years.
